Sarah (Sally) Monico is an associate attorney with the Firm’s Real Estate Litigation Group. Sarah represents clients in litigation, arbitration and negotiation of contract disputes regarding residential and commercial real estate, including those arising out of insurance contracts, title and real estate development. Sarah specializes in complex title litigation and has represented, advised and assisted a wide range of clients confronted with every form of title defect or dispute.

Sarah attended the University of Mississippi (“Ole Miss”) for both her undergraduate and legal education. During her time at Ole Miss Law, Sarah had the opportunity to serve as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Todd Markel of the Fulton County Superior Court and the Honorable Justice Keith Blackwell of the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Sarah is licensed to practice in Georgia and Mississippi.
