Nicole Jacobsen is an associate at McLain & Merritt, where she focuses her practice on a broad range of real estate and commercial transactions. She regularly represents lenders, builders, developers, buyers, and sellers in complex real estate matters, including raw land acquisitions and financing. She guides clients through every stage of a transaction, from contract negotiation through closing. Her practice also includes development and construction finance, government-guaranteed lending, and complex commercial lease negotiations.

Before joining the firm, Nicole represented lenders, developers, institutional investors, and private clients in a wide range of commercial real estate, finance, and estate planning matters. She has extensive experience with complex acquisitions, development projects, title matters, and commercial financing transactions, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every stage of the deal.
