Chloe S. Reid

Chloe S. Reid is a partner in the Firm’s Real Estate practice. She represents lenders, builders, developers, buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process, from contract drafting and negotiation to title clearance, preparation of loan documents and conducting closings. Chloe has experience closing land acquisitions, development and construction loans, and also handles residential home closings and refinances. Chloe is solution-oriented and adept at working with all parties on a transaction to resolve issues efficiently.

Originally from Miami, Florida, she graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law and now resides in Atlanta with her husband and daughter.
