Bethany Daniels

Bethany Daniels is an associate with the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice includes assisting with residential and commercial real estate closings for builders, lenders, buyers, and sellers.

Before joining the firm, Bethany gained experience managing a wide range of real estate transactions, business contracts, and estate planning matters from intake through completion. She also served as a law clerk for the Athens-Clarke County Attorney’s Office.

Bethany earned her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2025. During law school, she received the Best Lawyer Award for Contract Drafting and Negotiation in 2023 and completed the Transactional Law Clinic in 2024 and the Advanced Clinic in 2025. Prior to law school, Bethany earned her undergraduate degree from Georgia College & State University.
