Danyelle Dukes is an associate in the Firm’s litigation practice where she represents insureds and self-insureds, mainly corporate entities, in tort and contract litigation in federal and state courts. Ms. Dukes’ experience is primarily in the realm of premises liability defense, construction and contract litigation, and intentional tort defense. Before joining McLain & Merritt, Ms. Dukes was an associate at Eversheds Sutherland.

Ms. Dukes graduated from Emory University School of Law and served on the Mock Trial Team. Prior to law school, Ms. Dukes graduated from Howard University summa cum laude with honors in both Political Science and History. Ms. Dukes is a member of the Georgia Bar.
