Kelcee Jones-Connor is Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in complex tort litigation matters in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining McLain & Merritt, Kelcee served as Deputy District Attorney of the Major Case Unit of the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, where she supervised attorneys handling complex and high-profile criminal matters, including homicide and serial felony cases. In this role, she led litigation strategy in some of the office’s most serious cases, working closely with law enforcement agencies and expert witnesses. Over the course of her tenure, Kelcee tried more than ninety felony jury trials, developing a reputation as a skilled and effective trial attorney. Kelcee also worked as a Litigation Manager at UnitedLex Corporation, supporting Fortune 500 clients in large-scale litigation and investigations, with a focus on data privacy and eDiscovery compliance.

Kelcee earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.A. in Sociology, with a concentration in Social Justice Analysis, from Georgetown University.
