Robert Hill has extensive experience in complex civil litigation with expertise in product liability, premises liability, design engineering liability, and contract and UCC Claims, construction defect litigation in the pre-engineered metal building, joist and deck, insulated wall panels, steam boiler design and construction, and general commercial construction industries.

Mr. Hill has handled many cases involving insurance coverage and defense cases, general commercial liability, property, professional errors and omissions, as well as officer, director and fiduciary liability claims. He has special expertise in the various types of claims related to the design, manufacture, and erection of pre-engineered metal buildings and structural joists and deck, which has acquainted him with the leading structural engineering and meteorological experts, as well as the applicable codes, standards, and common practices in the industry.

Mr. Hill also represents clients in contract claims for recovery of contract price, warranty claims, contract damages, trademark, false advertising, and business tort litigation and for defense personal injury and property damage losses for self-insured clients, liability insurers, and individuals.

Mr. Hill also has extensive mediation and arbitration experience. He has held a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating for over 40 years.
